Harry & Nathan visited us today due to us having intermittent sewer smells coming from underneath our floor boards. Very friendly and helpful chaps who did everything possible to find our problem. They spent time communicating and explaining our options and all of this was done at no extra charge. They explained the cost of what we would expect to pay and assured us that any additional cost would be discussed before hand. Today, Michael came out to fix the drains in my back garden (it wasn't a pretty job), but he did it with a smile. He cleared the drains and disinfected the garden. He was lovely, chatty and very polite, and went out of his way to fix my bathroom drains too. Also, Michael informed me about a smell of gas coming from my garden so I have had the gas company out and they've found a major leak in the pipes that could have been very serious if left unnoticed.
