Metro Rod came out to resolve a blockage issue in kitchen sink. Tony and Tony came prepped and were able to take a look and resolve the issue quickly using their equipment. It was done within 30min or so from arrival and I was able to get back to work without major delay.

The engineer was called Danny Hitchen and he was excellent. He attended promptly, and quickly assessed the situation. Despite the difficult conditions, he was cheerful throughout, provided confidence that he would be bale to resolve it, and true to his word. he was able to sort the issue that evening - much to the relief of my 91 year old mother.
He was able to clearly explain where he thought the problem was, and then work methodically using a variety of tools to locate and then rectify the problem. He is a real asset to your organisation.
