When I had a problem at my own house I knew who to call. Metro Rod Manchester came out to do a camera survey while I was at work, and before they had even left site I had been sent a link and was able to view the camera footage! They found the problem and booked in a repair. All very professional. Site left clean and tidy and all work was to a high standard. Both engineers and the office team were very helpful."

Overflowing Septic Tank leaves customer desperate.

We have had a brilliant review from a customer who was in a real mess with Blocked Drains and overflowing Septic Tank. He rang in the afternoon following some very heavy rain and hail storms that were pretty epic for the middle of May. We had already had a very busy day and was helped by a customer letting us rearrange a tank for us to attend this emergency. The customer was kind enough to leave us this great 5 star review.
"Needed our septic tank and blockage sorting urgently. Metro rod Mid Wales and Shropshire to the rescue and all sorted in less than 2 hours after we called. And all done in the middle of thunder, lightening, pouring rain and hail by a really nice (and very wet) Metro Rod Tanker driver. Great service and great people which is why we've been customers of this team for more than a decade"

We take pride in being able to assist our local schools and colleges on a daily basis. From blocked toilets to a leaking sink. Our engineers work hard to make sure their work is completed to highest standard. But, sometimes they really do go above and beyond the call of duty! Whether it's a blockage, a leak or an overflowing manhole, they provide first class service on time, every time!

"Your engineer on Friday afternoon was an absolute hero! My mother who lives in Victoria View got into trouble with her car a very kind gentleman from Metro Rod managed to push her up the slope into the car park! Her car decided to stop on the entrance to the car park, he came over tried to start the car. In the end he had to push it into the car park. There would have been a chance of a accident if she rolled back into the main road. He then offered to help her into the lift with her shopping! Because she was a little shaken about what had happened but she was okay. I'm disabled so unable to get down to say thank you to the gentleman, but I could see out of the window. He looked very busy and he got stuck straight back into work! What an asset to your company, not many gentlemen like him around anymore so please thank him!"
