Your Engineer attended our premises within two to three hours of the request going in. Despite not having any diagrams of the water flow of the drains he was able to figure out the flow direction and free the blockage and apart from damp on the paving left no trace of his being here.
I would like you to congratulate him and commend him for a job well done.
A member of your staff attended my site in August 2018 his name is Lee I would just like to say what a very professional approach he had, the customer who’s flat he attended was so impressed with him and the way he left her property as I was not on site when he attended . Yesterday Lee and Ben attended my site again I was on site when they came and I would like to agree with my customer at how professional they both were, they got the problem sorted in no time and left no mess. I would just like to pass this on to you at how good these lads are.
