Received some lovely comments and 5 stars via our survey! Our project Manager went out to an over flowing Manhole, which he fixed quickly and ensured that the customer was having no further issues with anything else.

Eddie recently attended a job and the customer was delighted with his work, so much so that we received the following email;
"I write in connection with a drain blockage in my home. The problem was attempted to be cleared by the property owner who failed to resolve the issue and then called in your company. Within a few hours your company called and the man who was to do the work was Eddie Brewster. My purpose in writing is to say what a good and polite man he is and further to say how he very quickly identified the problem and very soon set about dealing with it. I am totally satisfied, together with being so pleased with Mr Brewster's very thorough work and consideration for my circumstances as he rapidly cleared andd thoroughly checked all of the other fittings using the drainage system. Mr Brewster was satisfied with all of my drainage arrangements and he assured me that all was well and left my home in a clean and tidy condition.

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Richard and his team to help my mum out in Southampton as I am in South Wales my mum had some issues with the drains from outside garden for a blockage.
