Our brand-new sparkly van is an exciting addition to our team and comes with the incredible iTouch technology upgrade that will make our CCTV Drain Survey service even more effective.
The CCTV technology is a service we offer that involves using a camera to perform an in-depth inspection of your drainage system. The specialized camera is able to explore the pipes and will identify potential issues aswell as discover suspected blockages. The camera is linked to our vans and allows our engineers to watch the live footage and examine what the best options would be for any issues that occur within the drainage system.
Our brand-new iTouch technology has enhanced this service by allowing us to view through a huge range of drain sizes from six inches to a full meter. Our engineers are able to operate, inspect and record all of the camera’s findings which are then available to send immediately to the client whilst still on site. The ability to provide our customers with immediate results means we can offer quicker solutions and optional services to fix or maintain their drainage system, giving the customer ongoing control of what needs to be done and a breakdown of costs through a detailed summary of our findings.
The summary reports have also seen an upgrade with our new system, giving our clients options on how detailed they would like the summary to be, with more in depth, technical options available, clients will have a much better understanding of the work that needs to be carried out in order to get their drainage system back to top working order.
