Ben attended our shopping centre today..sep 27th,2025. Absolutely amazing service. Arrived with a smile, wasn't fazed by the problem and got stuck in. Service was brilliant, drains unblocked, and a very grateful shop owner and maintenance team. Would definitely recommend this company.

Metro Rod engineer Harry along with Atac engineer Ben both worked tirelessly to ensure residents of Headway Gardens had their broken waste system patched to work with 1 pump as the other had stopped. Their work is still intact as the sole pump is still doing the business. Thank you to them and their companies for doing a great job!

Paul from the Chester depot was superb. Fixed the leak and also cleared up the horrendous mess Dynorod had left.
