We have had a five month issue where a Devonport rat trap was partially blocked: all outlets were thus blocked by open sewage combined with inches of flood water on occasion. Today a gentleman from Metro rod called Andy fixed the entire mess within half an hour, in truly appalling weather conditions. My thanks to him. Also two other good lads who arranged a tanker. Ben attended our shopping centre today..sep 27th,2025. Absolutely amazing service. Arrived with a smile, wasn't fazed by the problem and got stuck in. Service was brilliant, drains unblocked, and a very grateful shop owner and maintenance team. Would definitely recommend this company.

Metro Rod engineer Harry along with Atac engineer Ben both worked tirelessly to ensure residents of Headway Gardens had their broken waste system patched to work with 1 pump as the other had stopped. Their work is still intact as the sole pump is still doing the business. Thank you to them and their companies for doing a great job!
