Messaged Metro Rod in Dartford for a price to unblock my drain and had a call early evening to arrange a follow up the next morning as it wasn't an emergency. Received and email with a price and availability first thing and arranged a visit. Liam arrived early afternoon and after a short while he established that the fault lay further up the drainage lines. He said that as it wasn't within my property it was something that Thames Water needed to investigate so he contacted them straight away to raise a job and then to my surprise, informed me that there wouldn't be a charge from him attending! Completely amazed! Thames Water arrived early evening and after 3 - 4 hours they managed to clear the blockage from one of the main sewage junctions. Huge thanks to Liam and Metro Rod for an amazing service and won't have any hesitation in recommending them for any work in the future.

We had two engineers- Jared & Zacc (I believe there names were) come out to our property in Strensall (6th January) they were very quick after phoning to come out to fix the issue & were extremely polite & professional while there. Thankyou so much!

We have had a five month issue where a Devonport rat trap was partially blocked: all outlets were thus blocked by open sewage combined with inches of flood water on occasion. Today a gentleman from Metro rod called Andy fixed the entire mess within half an hour, in truly appalling weather conditions. My thanks to him. Also two other good lads who arranged a tanker.
